Responsibilities
- Providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware, encompassing workstations and LAN/WAN communication (wired and wireless) infrastructures, such as Routers, Switches, Hubs, Access Points etc. in occasion of hardware/software failure. Also setting up and maintaining domain, DNS, DHCP, mail and FTP servers
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and maintaining all workstations computer systems including regular follow up with solving hardware and software problems
- Operating CCTV
- DVR, Camera, Face Detection Attendance machine, maintenance.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Strong Knowledge Mikrotik Router.
- Knowledge Google apps.
- Troubleshoot system (PC, Printer, Projector, UPS etc.) and network problems;
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)/ Masters in Computer Science & Engineering/ related subject
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 30 year(s)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Eager to learn and `Can Do` type attitude.
Experience Requirements: 1-2 years’ IT related experience.
Salary Range: Up to BDT. 17500 (Salary can be negotiable for deserving candidate)
